Farm favorites such as cows, pigs, chicks, ducks, llamas, and sheep make this exhibit a real barnyard blast! Kids of all ages can get up close to interact with animals in a petting zoo area, learn about dairy farming in the big red barn, or visit other interesting species including hawks, snakes, groundhogs, reindeer, and even an eagle.

We love to go in November when the trees are decorated. My son is a cub scout and his pak always gets a tree to decorate and we get to visit the animals. The zoo looks so nice.
This zoo is spectacular for my girl's age group (5 and 7). We typically pack and sack lunch and head out to visit the zoo animals. This is certainly a FUN outing for the family!
We love the zoo, especially the Hamill Family Play Zoo located just inside the south entrance. It is great for kids of all ages. I definitely recommend parking in the South Parking Lot--it brings you much closer to the zoo entrance and you avoid the long walk through the tunnel.
