We went there on a very cold day for Cosley Zoo lights. Lights were cool but zoo is very small and stinky when you go inside to get warm and see some animals:)
Great place for kids! We love this zoo so much. It's small and you can spend as much or as little time as you like. It's an affordable way to get out and see some animals. We like to pack a lunch and enjoy a picnic on the lawn. My 5 year old always loves the caboose at the end on the trail!
Great zoo for small kids. I have a 2 and 3 year old and they were able to walk the zoo on their own without getting to tired. It is great place to go to where you can plan on spending an hour or two.
Perfect place to take smaller kids where they can actually walk the whole zoo and not be tired. This is a small zoo where you can go for just an hour or two. I wish they didn't start charging, but at least it's only a small fee. Plus, they have a gift shop and place where you can purchase food.
I enjoy this zoo because it is small and it gives us (my children and I) a place to go. We get out of the house and they can see a few animals. My daughter also enjoys feeding the ducks (small fee and only at a certain time).
We always enjoyed coming here for a free outing outdoors. They started charging now for admittance. It was always nice because it was small and just enough for a short visit.
What a great little place to take the children! They have farm animals, a story time when we were there and the kids were allowed to touch a real chicken after the story.
