Dads Slot Cars is a great way to enjoy some family fun time, racing cars on the large track. After the race, you can treat the kids to some ice cream. Dads encourages good grades, and awards 15 minute free track time for every "A" on a report card. Birthday parties are also offered.

I may revise my review later, but so far we haven't been able to go because they are frequently closed, there's no phone recording with hours, and no sign on the door as to why they'd been closed. If you're coming from far away, be aware that they could be closed at random times.
My 4 year old recently attended a birthday party at Dads. He loves cars so this was a great place for him. Lots of action and a great place to have a younger kids party as it is a small contained room...not a lot of places for the youngsters to wander off. They also have a Good Humor ice cream cart, so the kids got to pick out a gun novelty bar. A great alternative to serving cake...particularly in the summer. I do remember visiting a while ago with my older son and the car didn't seem to work very well. This didn't happen at the party, but I'm thinking that it probably happens every once in a while if you get an older car. Something fun and diffent if you are looking to mix it up a bit.
My daughters enjoy going to the slot cars with my husband. We share track time because it helps to have a few people pick up cars which fly off the track and it may not hold the attention of younger kids for very long.
