| It a fun place to take the kids if you want to do something different, but I am not sure how clean it really is in the sand. If you are not the outdoorsy type this is not your place. Lot's on geese hang out on the beach overnight. |

| We wanted to do something different than the typical pool to stay cool so we wanted to try 'the beach'. We brought our own sand toys. They have a few different playground toys for kids to play on. We think it is kind of expensive for what they offer. |

| we live in mundelein, and i really don't think this is that great of a beach - there are so many other places i'd rather go, BUT it is a decent little place, with a nice view of diamond lake, but we don't go very often, not a lot to offer |
