The GALLOPING GHOST ARCADE provides a video gaming experience like no other! We are Illinois' LARGEST video arcade, and currently have over 200+ games to play and have more games up and running all the time! Unlike most arcades, we do not use quarters or tokens. All of our games are set to FREE PLAY! We charge a $15 door fee and then you can come in and play ALL the games for as long as you want! We are open until 2AM daily!
Really a fun place and reasonably priced. For $15, you get free play on all games all day. The arcade is stocked with games both old and new. My girls loved playing the old games that I used to play - Ms. PacMan, Frogger, Dig Dug, Q*Bert, Space Invaders, Centipede, etc. They also loved playing the driving games. Private rooms are also available, with 4 screens set up with Wii, XBox360, etc. You can come and go into the rooms, order food from a number of area eateries, and have a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves arcades. We stayed until just after 8pm, and the crowd was changing to more of a teen/adult crowd. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
