I hosted my daughter's 2nd bday party here. Very clean place and somewhat friendly staff. We had our party on a Sunday and we were one of the last ones there so that may be why they weren't very friendly. We rented their biggest party room and added on the fun jump and open play in the indoor playground. All the kids really enjoyed having both options. It is a little pricey though. we started out planning a 'low budget' party and everythimg added up quickly; total room rental plus add-ons was about $400 not including the food and extras we purchased. No set-up/clean up time included which is a downside for me because I make my own decorations and like to go all out! Any additional time needs to be purchased.... All in all it wasn't too bad. The birthday girl enjoyed it and that's what matters! :)
We attended a 4 yr old birthday party here and it is a great place to have a casual birthday party. Clean location, cool indoor playground for ages 2-4 (my opinion), although there are monkey bars and such for older kids, though they may be bored for a birthday party there.

What a great place to come with my five year old. Even though it was a sunny day we came here and found that it was largely uncrowded, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was realy nmice
Nice place for a rainy day. Good climbing spot, with places for many skill levels. However, I wouldn't recommend it for little ones who are not established walkers. Relatively clean place.
We attended a 3rd birthday party for our friend's son here in September. It was fabulous. The kids had a great time in the indoor play area. There were monkey bars and slides and tons of stuff for the kids to play and climb on. They have bathrooms in between the play ground and the party room. They also had a bounce house, which the kids had a great time in! The room was large, there were so many kids in there. When we were done, they park district came in and cleaned up everything. I thought it was a great experience.
