We like to go there at different times of the year for the many free activities they have. The trails are beautiful and many different things to see and learn about. Now that they have built a new center there is even more to do and learn.
I take my kids here all the time. it is free, fun and beautiful. they sometimes have cool events going on even, such as the butterfly festival and the fishing derby. it is truely a beautiful place. the pictures that you can take here are amazing. you will not be disappointed, i promise.
Love this place so much, we went and got our wedding pictures taken here! Very beautiful, trails are very nice! My whole family loves the outdoors, they also have some very good programs. Was nice going to see all the leaves changing colors! Very fun, and free! Can't beat the price!
Beautiful preserve. Fun discovery center for the kids with live animals to see. Check out website for upcoming events. We haven't been to the Monarch butterfly festival yet, but hear its a must see!
Also don't forget your camera for some great photo ops at the waterfall!
