We looked at the exhibits in the store, but had previously taken the tour and felt it was overpriced for what you see. Our children enjoyed seeing the animals around the store though & every now & then the staff will bring out a snake for the kids to pet. I wouldn't go all the way up there though, just to see Serpent Safari, unless you are headed up there for something else too.
We were able to have fun there just by looking at the exhibits in the store. The tour was little pricey. So we did not take the tour. Located across the way from Rainforest Cafe, so we made a fun evening of it.
It's a great place to visit. Their reptile zoo is amazing! We got to see the largest snake in the world 400 lbs! They have a rare albino collection including a white alligator. It's educational but a lot of fun too!
