This is a drive for us, or I'd give it 5 stars! One of my favorite places to go in the warmer months! The Children's Gargen is beautiful and my son just loves it... must be all the fresh air and trees!
Such a beautiful place! So many places to walk through. My 3yr old son loved the children's garden. We went in the late summer. He still talks about the maze he went through. Great place to be outside enjoying nature!
This place is absolutely beautiful! So many things for the kids to do and beautifully kept nature all in one package :) Continually changing exhibits make it worthwhile to come back again and again!
Love the Arboretum--Children's Garden is perfect for the warmer months. We take our annual pictures here (seems like a lot of folks do that). Don't miss out on all the great hiking--even the littlest kids in our play group enjoy some of the shorter hikes. The information desk can give you great info on age appropriate hikes.
It's getting time to visit to view all the great Fall colors! Autumn is my favorite time of year and at the Arboretum they have a great Fall Event with a scarecrow walk, taffy apple sales, kettle corn, and honey harvested on the property.
We went last Saturday and the kids had a blast . They didnt want to leave. They had an art project to make a cicada shaker, and the ropes course was a blast! The wading pond was full from the rain and turned into a wading pool with kids swimming all over! So much fun to watch!
Wonderful place! We always love the children's garden and have recently branched out to other areas of the arboretum. The daffodil glades in April are beautiful and I got some great pictures of my daughter in them this year. We will be making it a point to go back every year at this time!
Great place for kids and adults of any age. Especially wonderful in the summer & fall months. Kids love the children's garden will all the climbing and water play. Don't miss it!
Absolutely love this place. The children's garden is wonderful to discover and do a theme craft. My children always do the shrub maze when we enter and leave. I gave it four stars, because the prices are going up every year.
