Owners will be required to fill out an application and waiver, sign off on the rules and regulations of the park, and provide certification of their dog’s up-to-date vaccinations. Vaccinations required are: rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, para influenza, parvovirus, Bordettal and a fecal exam. They also must have a village tag.

Purchase your membership at Willow Recreation Center or the Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center and Ice Arena.
