Place: Party Time Palace, Des Plaines I had my 4yr old son's birthday party here and everyone had a great time. The manager, organizer, was completely courteous and thorough. He provided me with one staff to take care of the party with 15 children and she was fabulous. She timed every part of the party well, I did not feel rushed at all. She helped serve everyone, kids and grown-ups. She cued me when it was time to gather everyone to eat and cut the cake. She packed up all the leftovers and assisted us to another area when it was almost time to leave after our two hour reserved time. I was very pleased with their whole party planning. The price was very reasonable. I have recommended this place to all my friends.
We had our daughter's birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommended for kids of different ages.
I brought my 2 sons and a friend along. 5y/o and a 3y/o. They had something for all of them. Everyone had a great time. We did laser tag it was just the 4 of us and they REALLY liked that. I would recommend this place and don't forget your socks!
We went there this summer for a 3rd birthday party. And kids liked it a lot! They have small area for the little ones, a couple of push and ride toys for the ones that can't walk yet. A Couple of inflatables, there is one for smaller kids too. It's a nice place. The only reason I'm giving it four stars because I didn't really like the decor. Party rooms are like colored boxes. They could be more creative in that department :)
My 12 year old loved the bouncy houses. I was a little concerned about cleanliness of them when I saw the bandage in one of the houses though.
Also the motors/fans for the bounce houses are in corners which just resonates the noise.
However, we will be going back, it wore my daughter out-which is hard to do!
It's pretty nice here. Many of the things to do are for little kids, but the older ones love the laser tag. The pricing was high, so this is a place to go once in a while.
I fell in love with this place. I booked the place before I had ever even been there. It was a risk that paid off. If you have a party, they assign a person to you to help you with everything. My hostess was amazing. She cut the cake, politely kept the kids from using all the tokens at once... no small task. She kept everyone on schedule. Well anyway the fun aspects. They have a big and a small bouncey house.. (I snuck in a couple times) the big one has a slide. Wee! and LASER TAG WAS AMAZING. THe room isnt huge but there are enough ramps and hiding places to make it really fun. There are arcade games to fill in the time. Lets see what else? The mechanical bull was fun and challenging. The darn thing flipped me over. All in all I had a blast and so did all of the kids. Their ages ranged from 2-12 plus the kids at heart. Really and truly fun for the whole family (and friends) I definitely recommend the place. The pricing was extremely reasonable given all that they do for you. I just LOVED IT!!!
