We went to a birthday party there and kids had a lot of fun. You are changing a couple of rooms. The downward is that my daughter liked the first room better and wanted to go back and stay there, but she couldn't :(

My kids can't get enough of this place. It is safe, secure and clean. This is nice for a wide range of ages. The not only have bounces houses/slides, but there is a rock climbing wall.

My 2 year old loves this place! I do wish they had some dedicated play time just for toddlers. Sometimes the big kids are too rough for the little ones. Also, the rule is that you have to wear socks. So I'm not sure why some parents still do not follow this as I see kids without socks on often. Put socks on your kids and keep an eye on them!

My family loves this Pump It Up. Although we live closer to the Vernon Hills location we frequent Glenview. Glenview is twice the size and therefor offers twice the number of bounce equipment. The staff is friendly, and even on Fridays it does not usually get over crowded for pop in playtime.

I completely agree with the previous review. Pump It Up is tremendous fun for the kids, but the parties are VERY pricey. It's hard to have a party during the week, I think.

My daughter went to a party here about a year ago and loved it. You spend some times jumping and some time in the party room. I know the parties can get expensive. If you can have it during the week you can a little money. Or have it in the middle of a Sat afternoon so you do not have to buy pizza. Beware that sometimes siblings come to the party. Which I think is rude.

Clean and safe. Great for birthday parties. Best part is that is an almost assured nap because the kids wipe themselves out!!! LOL!

I love this place for Birthday Parties! We had our daughter's 6th birthday there and it is great because only YOUR party is in the room with 4 inflatables. Then they put you in another room with a few inflatables and a very tall rock climbing wall. After that, pizza & cake in your private party room. It is wonderful because you are not in an overcrowded place with anyone and everyone, it's just the party that is going on. The kids have plenty to do and there's no long waits for their turn. HIGHLY recommend them for parties!

Had our 4yr old's party there and it was very easy. The pizza they order from is safe for kids allergic to nuts, which is huge these days. We brought our own cake, and matches...definitely where longer shorts or pants so you don't get a burn from the slides!

I held my daughter's 6th birthday here yesterday, and it was very well done. The kids got 40 minutes each in 2 different jumping rooms and the kids had a great time climbing on the climbing wall in the 2nd room. The staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. and everything was very clean. We had 2 guys who helped in the jumping rooms, and another who helped in the party room. They were all fantastic with the kids and eager to make sure I was happy with everything. We took advantage of the summer special which includes free pizza and drinks for the kids. I would strongly encourage you to order more pizza, because 3 pizzas for 23 6-year olds was not enough. Fortunately, we brought chips too and ordered 1 extra pizza for my husband and I. We ended up not getting any pizza, but the kids all had their fill. My other tip would be to have the kids wear long shorts or capris. My daugher wore a skort, and wound up with a huge burn on her thighs from one of the slides. Her skin must've stuck as she tried to slide down, and it was quite painful for her.

went to a birthday party here a few weeks ago- everything was very age appropriate- I was able to do all activities with my 4 year old- and I am not very thin nor very fit- the kids were moved between 3 separate rooms over a two hour period- 2 different jumping/slide filled rooms- and a party food room- the place was clean- and they were sure to clean everyone's hands before they ate- we will definitely go here on our own now- glad to have attended a party here!
