I've been to this place a few times and it is always empty! Never a long wait. But for some reason I have had to wait for the nurse, then the doctor, then whatever tests they were doing...the whole thing can take a while, but not as long as the emergency room! They have X-ray capabilities on site, which is nice to know. But for anything that could be serious, i.e. breathing difficulty, they'll send you to the hospital. But for minor things, it's fine.
