Gotta take the kids on wristband days for a cheaper carnival. Best time to go is when everyone is at the parade, you can shop the crafts & go on rides when it's not as crowded. The center court is overrun with teenagers in the evenings!
WOW! Has this fest grown over the years! Always crowded no matter the weather. Remember it's all shuttle bus and a lot of walking. The arts & craft fair is all handmade goods. I always buy too much and have to carry it back on the shutlle. Great bands and entertainment. The carnival is standard. The local restaurants provide a great choice for food.
Typical summer festival. Carnival, bingo, food tent, bands. There have been some well known bands that have played there. Parking is not good! But there are very reliable FREE buses that run from all over. That is the way to go if you can.
