Visit Spring Valley’s annual celebration of nature’s sweet gift of maple sugar. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of pancakes with real maple syrup, sausage, juice and coffee. See authentic demonstrations of maple syrup production, a pioneer sugar camp, children’s puppet show and a hayride. Syrup and other goodies will be available for purchase. The breakfast is held under a tent at Merkle Cabin, so dress for the weather. There will be transportation between the Nature Center and Merkle Cabin. Sponsored by Whole Foods Market.

It gets really crowded, so get their early. Prepurchase your tickets! And remember, the people working it are all volunteers, dont get mad at them that its busy or crowded, theyre doing it as a fundraiser! That being said, love to go for the sugar bush fair! Fun to eat pancakes & sausage outside in the cool air. Definitely take the wagon ride!
