The Parks and Recreation Department has cooked up a sure antidote to cabin fever...it's the 2nd Annual Winter Carnival! This year's event is guaranteed to be even bigger and better than our kick-off year in 2011. This years fun includes:
Ice sculpture demonstrations, horse-drawn carriage rides, carnival games, dog sledding and much more!
