Definitely a part of East Lakeview that I miss....your late night hours and delivery - friendly service and staff. Super convenient..especially when I'm coming home on the Purple/Brown line and STARVING when I got off on the Wellington stop.
And best of all - my favorite secret:
I can order a pizza and get my favorite TWO toppings on there for the price of one - I always get half of a large pizza with BACON - it's just yummy bacon - lots and lots of it that is cooked just right - not burnt to a crisp and not soggy but just perfect. The other half - still experimenting around to find the perfect combination but good toppings include the chicken, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives...but just not as good as the bacon. And the fun person that I am - I insist on getting half/half just so I get a little extra for my money. Check out their website and usually they have coupons which is nice because we always get a 1Liter of Sprite for free along with our pizza. and sometimes, when I toss in their vegie combo (it's FRIED mushrooms, cauliflower and zucchini - yum!), that upgrades me to a free six pack of pop (and the staff there is so nice - they'll mix and match my pop for me so I get some yummy Barq's, FANTA, and sprite)
Just writing about it makes me hungry and ready to order a pizza for dinner tonight to pick up. Thin crust is fabulous - the regular chewy crust is another yum..and oh, deep dish. Well, I think that I figured out dinner tonight!
