Ok for a novelty place but not somewhere I'd eat on a regular basis. Food was pretty good, a little pricey, but can't beat getting it delivered by a train!
Great atmosphere ! Kids love watching the trains here and love watching the train deliver the food. Prices are a little high but portion sizes are pretty big. If you sign up for doubletake deals they have pre-paid dining deals (like groupon) we saved about $30 off our bill doing this. They do serve dessert as well, so you could save money just bringing the kids there for ice cream cones and watching the trains! Overall clean and not crowded (we went on a Saturday afternoon).
My son loves this place and so does the little boy I sit for. Trains and Superman ice cream--plus local shopping for mama makes everyone happy! Going this month again!
My daughter loved watching the trains but I thought the food was kind of expensive and just ok tasting. Plus, our waitress was horrible so that didn't help.
Nice entertaining place for kids. Especially if you have little boys. My girls went for a bday party and still had a great time. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean.
We go here all the time! The boys love it! I think the food is greatand reasonably priced! Great selection on the menu too. If you sign up for email alerts through them you also get free meals and discounts all the time!!
Strangely enough our little girl LOVED this place. It is pretty simple and the majority of the seating is diner style so the little serving trains can run around the counter. Service was very friendly and food was pretty good. They also host birthday parties. Look for coupons in the weekly flyers.
Took my son and nephew and they loved it. It was a long drive for us, not sure I would go back. Very small and food was kinda pricey. If your kids are into trains it's well worth the drive.
I went to eat here and the food was great, the staff was very polite and the kids had so much fun they loved it they keep asking me when are we going back the prices are reasonable.
Excellent Service, Very clean, VERY tasty food and many adult options! Priced like a chilis but with SO MUCH MORE TO SEE AND DO!
I think the food at All Aboard Diner in Downers Grove is even better, but this place is closer to me!
