wow went there with a groupon for the first time whole family loved it even the picky eaters dad loved the mac and cheese pizza but it goes fast you have to fight the kids for it lots of different flavors like ham and pineapple even a arcade in the back great value take the family
With a coupon for two adult buffets plus drinks for only $9.99, we opted to do dinner here since our son was free and we needed to go to the Barnum & Bailey Circus in Rosemont anyway.
Overall, customer service was super friendly and helpful. Typically, $4.99 for a all you can eat pizza buffet which includes salad and also dessert, this is a pretty good deal. Don't expect gourmet but some of their specialty pizzas are pretty good such as their taco pizza or mac n cheese pizza. Their breadsticks are yummy, too.
A great family-friendly option that will keep you within budget!
I have been to cici's in Niles with my wife and grandson and he loves it there. You have to remember you are only paying $4.99 and your kids eat free so don't expect restaurant pizza. For what you are paying and what you get it is a pretty good deal. It is not some place you want to eat every other day but for a change of pace and cheap this is the place to go. Top notch people working there also. Very good with the kids. Don't pass it up.
I took my children and a couple of their friends and they liked it they ate pizza and well pizza they loved, it but as far as me I didnt enjoy the food as much not a big selection like other places but overall it was ok.
The prices are fantastic, but I agree with the previous reviewer--don't care for the food. Sweet Tomatoes rules!!!:) However, this is a really good idea to take a small group of kids to eat.
Been to the one in Niles. Like it very much. Very kid friendly and they love pizza, I love salad! You can go in if your in a hurry or just take your time. But warning, there is a small arcade room there, in the back, but the kids won't miss it.
There is a CiCi's in Lockport as well. My kids LOVE it. They love having the freedom to get refills on anything that they want. It's a noisy, kid friendly atmophere, which is nice for us to have a meal without worrying about the kids acting, well, like kids in a restaurant.
I personally don't like their food at all. The pizza is too bready, the salad bar, while a nice attempt, is bland. The soup and the pasta, which again, are nice attempts at more healthy options, don't have any taste to them at all.
That said, we go there probably once every 2-3 months as a treat for my kids. CiCi's is also very generous in our community - they host a number of benefit days for the local schools, so that is often our incentive to go there for lunch or dinner.
