We've always had a great time at Claim Jumper except for last time. Slow service and OK food. Most of the time the service is great and the food is good. Maybe they had a bad night. Will try it again. Good food with good portions.
We LOVE this place. It is by far one of the kid-friendliest nice restaurants we've been to. They have a complimentary snack plate for toddlers/babies with turkey, mandarin oranges, cheeses, and applesauce. They automatically put down plastic placemats for each child so that he/she can eat off the table. It was great. Very accommodating to my family.
mixed feelings on this one. I think it might be a good place to go sit in the bar and have a beer and appetizer. We have been there a few times, salads are good and meals ok but last time we were there my son had this fish and it was terrible and they were not very friendly about it.
It's a bit pricey, and you get more fries on your plate than main entrees. We have been two times, and have no interest in going back. There are many options in the area that are more reasonably priced.
This restaurant was great--kid friendly, but good food for adults, too. The kids meals are big and come with a two side dishes plus a small apple. We had burgers, which were very good. I'd go back and take the kids.
This is a wonderful restaurant with quality old Americana Food with a modern flair. The service is almost always good and the kids meals are wonderful, as they provide a large portion of the main dish and options for side dishes plus milk or juice. There are coupons that are often in the Sunday paper for 10 dollars off 40 dollars at dinner. There is a sports bar there if you can get out without the children.
We've tried Claim Jumpers twice, 2 different locations. The service was not the best. The food was fine. It's not a restaurant I would ever pick to go back to.
