The Perfect Dinner has fresh-made, family style dinners, catering and gift giving services. Family dinners are made fresh daily, available in three family sizes and ready to heat and eat in your own home. Dinners feature mainstream family fare as well as items for sophisticated palates. Dinners are available for carry-out or delivery with no pre-orders necessary. Quick catering for small events and full service catering - including rental, bar and service staff - for large events is available. Individual gift certificates are available, and gift accounts are popular for groups of people who would like to contribute to a friend who has had a baby, a hospitalization or death in the family. Customized parties for adults and/or kids are available. Two locations: Park Ridge and Oak Park

Main dishes and side dishes are available in three family sizes. Main dish (e.g., Meatloaf with Cheesy Potatoes, Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry, Flank Steak with Roasted Veggies, Pesto Chicken with Farmer's Pasta, Beef Stew with Biscuits) start at $21 for Small (2-3 servings), $29 for Medium (4-5 servings) and $37 for Large (6+ servings). Price per serving ranges from $6-10. Fresh salads, veggies, homemade soups and desserts sold separately.
This is now my favorite take out place...Meat Loaf and Cheesy Potatoes are great...As many others we are struggling to live within our budget but plan to go back next month and try something else...I love not having to cook!
I love this place. Last week my husband was out of town, two of my daughters were sick and I wasn't feeling great either, but of course everybody is hungry after all the after-school stuff. I found this place on Kidwinks and we had a great, hassle-free dinner. It was Friday so we picked up the salmon with dill, great rice, my daughters loved the carrots and we all enjoyed the super rich brownies. I highly recommend this place for the same price of eating out but it's healthier food.
